The first-ever Future Proof Retreat was attended by 500+ wealth management CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, CMOs, and fast-growing financial advisors for an unconventional wealth management retreat in a serene alpine setting.
The event spanned across three days and consisted of dozens of group activities, top tier industry content, and 5,000 pre-scheduled, tech-enabled, one-to-one introductory meetings.
As lead producer for the Future Proof Retreat 2024, I was responsible for the event start to finish. From developing and managing comprehensive timelines through advanced project management tools, identifying and producing branded elements, to the complex shuttle schedule carting attendees to an activity or content session - all details were squared away for a flawless execution.
